We managed to use the video games learning curve for staff training, creating video games that teaches the staff, (from now on "user") in a way that entertains the user and teach them how to make different working processes. Usable from new workers to a quality control state, all of this tailored for the client with branding and 3D models and animations of its choosing.
Training games can be used in various ways, from customer services via a trivia game, teaching them correct ways of customer interaction (helping them, general info, guide them) to a warehouse process like packaging and tagging. All of this teaching gaming comes with background data that its collected in the client server used for analysis, so it can react to the specific problem in the process (ex. 60% of users failed knowing where to send a customer if it needs technical aid for a new device or 80% of the users failed to add the QR code in the tagging process). With this data, the client can save resources solving specific problems instead of reviewing a whole process. Made for desktop or mobile devices with user login connected to the clients or rented server. The learning process and data analysis just got funnier and easier.
